Pre-Tax Deduction

Donations towards Duke Kunshan Foundation are eligible for pre-tax deductions in Mainland China. We will issue tax-deductible receipts as per donor’s request.

Corporate donations are tax deductible up to 12% of the annual accounting profit, and any excess amount in the current year can be carried forward and deductible in the following three years.

Donations by individuals are deductible to the extent of 30% of one’s monthly taxable income reported.
