Dr. Xinya Vivian Wang is the founding partner of Beautiful Mind Capital (“BMC”) and co-founder of ABA Chemicals Corporation, Board Trustee at Fudan University, Board Director at School of Medical Science of Fudan University, and Co-Chairman of Fudan University China Financier Club. Dr. Wang previously worked for Fortis Bank, Commerzbank, and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank; she also worked as Director of Credit Suisse Hong Kong and Chief Representative of Credit Suisse Shanghai. She has B.Sc. in Chemistry and Ph.D. in Economics from Fudan University in Shanghai.
She founded BMC, a private equity fund focusing on leverage buy-out of European enterprises, with former Credit Suisse management Mr. Sebastian Grigg and Ms. Jialu Wang.
