Ms. Chang has nearly 30 years of experience in fund investment and asset management.
From 1989 to 2004, she served as a senior executive of Jardine Fleming Investment and Investment Trust in Taiwan, as well as the General Manager of Kwang Hua Securities Investment & Trust Co., Ltd. Trust and ABN AMRO Fund Management Co., Ltd., and was the convener of the Business Development Committee of Taiwan Investment Trust and Consulting Association.
From 2004 to June 2011, she served successively as the Chairman of ABN AMRO Xiangcai Fund Management Co., the Vice Chairman of ABN AMRO TEDA Fund Management Co., Ltd., the Chief Executive Officer of ABN AMRO (Asia) Asset Management China, the Head of Greater China and Singapore Retail of ABN AMRO (Asia) Asset Management Company, the Senior Vice President, and the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Investment Management Center of ROBECO Investment Management Group.
In July 2011, Ms. Chang returned to Noah where she was a founding investor. With her global wealth management perspective and experience, she has continued to contribute in the areas of fund sales, group wealth management, risk compliance, client service and brand development at Noah Upright. She currently serves as the Director of Noah’s Ethics, Integrity and Sustainable Development Committee to safeguard clients’ interests and ensure the company’s positive development.
