Mr. Huang Jian holds a master’s degree and is a senior engineer. Over the course of his career, he has held various key positions within the Kunshan Economic and Technological Development Zone (KETD) and its affiliated institutions. He served as Deputy Director of the Office at the Planning and Construction Bureau, Deputy Director of the Construction Management Institute, and Deputy Section Chief of the Secretariat at the Party and Government Office. He later took on the role of Deputy Director of the Penglang Sub-district Office in Kunshan and served as General Manager of Kunshan Convention & Exhibition Center Co., Ltd. He also served as Section Chief of the Secretariat at the Party and Government Office, and Director of the Administrative Service Center of KETD. Mr. Huang held the position of Deputy Director at the Taiwan Business Investment Service Offices of both the KETD and the Huaqiao Economic Development Zone. He was then promoted to Director, Deputy Party Secretary, and General Manager of Kunshan Yinqiao Holding Group Co., Ltd., and was later appointed as the company’s Party Secretary and Chairman. Since April 2025, he has been serving as Party Secretary and Chairman of Kunshan Venture Holding Group Co., Ltd.
