Cindy Qiu is a Director and General Manager of SBCVC Pte. Ltd. Ms. Qiu is also responsible for managing several hundred million dollars of assets for a family foundation and various trusts. Ms. Qiu was a co-founder of Starcom Products, a human resource consulting company based in New Jersey. Ms. Qiu worked for Prudential Insurance Company in New Jersey and American Insurance Group in New York as a financial analyst.
Ms. Qiu served as a Board member of Shanghai American School for seven years, a K-12 international school with over 3300 students. She also served as a chairman of Facility Committee and HR Committee for several years in SAS.
Ms. Qiu holds a master’s degree in chemistry and another master’s degree in Actuarial Science from University of Connecticut.
