Mr. Chen has been in the current position since October 2017. Before, he was President of CMC Holdings. He joined Shanghai Dazhong Public Utilities (Group) Co., Ltd. as deputy general manager in 1999 and became general manager in 2002. He also worked for Shanghai Centre and Dazhong Transportation Group successively.
Mr. Chen was the vice president of Shanghai Young Entrepreneurs Association and the vice chairman of Shanghai association of stock system enterprises and was awarded the title of China’s Top Ten Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs in the Yangtze River Delta in 2011.
Mr. Chen holds a master’s degree from Fudan University and an EMBA from China Europe International Business School.
